One maxi skirt, two outfits

This maxi skirt I bought in Nepal just before leaving for holiday and of course I took it with me. Thanks to its classy design and neutral colour it is very versatile, by combining it with different tops and using different accessories it is possible to create different looks. On this photo I wear it with my peasant blouse that previously I used in the "country girl" outfit and with a corset-like green belt.

And here I wear the skirt with a frivolous kitty print top and a narrow belt of turquoise-blue. The kitties tails on the print are of same colour. Back at home I have also sandals in this shade that I can wear with this outfit instead of the brown ones.

Sharing these outfits with Patti's Visible Monday link-up party. Join us!

My holiday's coming to its end. In three days I will be heading back to Nepal. So now I'm enjoying the last days in my cute little town. It is situated on the bank of the river and just 5 minutes walk away from my mom's house there are such picturesque landscapes.

The streets are full of flowers

As in any town in the world there are many pigeons on its streets, too.

The golden domes of the modest local church glint in the sun

I really love my hometown

  4. Oh both outfit looks so good on you! I think the first one is YOUR outfit, i really see you in it =) And the pics are beautiful, if you want to see a city full of pigeons you must come to Venice! I hate them 'cause they're not afraid of you so they don't run away but come closer and closer to look for food...-.-''
