Cat blouse for a cat woman
I have always loved cats...since my childhood. And I not only love cats, I am sort of obsessed with them if to be honest. I have a collection of cat figurines, I have cat toys, I have cat mugs, I have cat bed sheets and towels...And of course, I have cat print things in my wardrobe. And it is not just one or two items: I've got several t-shirts, a dress, a skirt, sweaters, scarfs and a few blouses. And today I'm wearing yet another new cat print blouse from Zara. What I like about this particular print is that it's not just cats but stripes as well. The blouse is 100% polyester and have a silky feeling, it has buttons on the back and a sash-like belt.

Embroidered sleeves blouse
In my previous post I wore super wide pants and today the super wide sleeves are the main attraction of my look. Besides being that wide they are decorated with super beautiful embroidery. No doubt, that's these sleeves that make this blouse stand out.

Pleated silk skirt and romantic blouse: my Christmas look
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Today I am showing what my Christmas celebration outfit was. It was a mixture of different styles: romantic chiffon blouse paired with a pleated silk maxi skirt and golden sporty boots and accessorized with Indian bag and colourful necklace.

Asymmetrical hem dress, smart and casual
This is my second asymmetrical hem dress. The first one, with citruses and flowers all over it, I bought myself. And this navy blue one was given to me by my daughter. I used to wear it with a statement necklace and high heel shoes, the look being rather smart. But to tell you the truth I think that the dress worn on its own emphasises my hour-glass figure a bit too much.

Outfit in yellow and blue
It's been some time since I wore these navy blue jeans. They used to be one of my favourite. I liked darkness of the colour, slightly flared bottom and perfect fit. But you know how it is - you are fond of a piece, wear it often and then you become really tired and bored of it. And you bury it in the farthest corner of your closet and forget all about it. Then one day you accidentally dig it out. And all of a sudden you are in love with the piece again and impatient to put it on and style it in a new interesting way.

Perfect for summer: white cotton blouse
Last night I saw a dream...I was shopping and in a pile of sale clothes I found a bundle of money. Took it, came home, counted...Man! There was 3000 $! Shame, but such lucky things happen with me only in dreams. In reality every cent must be earned.
To the outfit now. This blue maxi skirt seems to become one of my favourite pieces this summer. You've already seen me wearing it here and here and today is a new combination, with a white cotton blouse.

Orange cats blouse
Recently added one more cat-theme piece of cloth in my collection - this blouse with orange-white-pink-beige cats of different shape all over it. The blouse is actually long sleeved and when I tried it on the length of the sleeves turned out to be too short for me (the usual problem for me here when buying local things because generally Nepali are shorter in height). But this fact couldn't prevent me from buying the blouse. I simply couldn't leave behind such a wonderful print. After all, I can wear the blouse with the sleeves rolled up!
Most of the shops in Kathmandu now have fixed price system (though if you ask for a discount, in many cases you can get 10% off) but while in the shop where I found the blouse I noticed that there were no price tags on the clothes. When I asked the owner why, he said that he remembers the prices by heart. Yeah, right...It just means that he says you the price according to the way you look. And if you are a foreigner then expect that the price would be at least double-high of the original one. Some people here think that if you are a foreigner than you are as rich as a Saudi Prince and they have all the right to charge an exorbitant price from you. So, had to bargain with the guy to lower the price till reasonable level. Both were happy in the end.
Cat theme blouse - local, skirt - Bysi, bag - Adamis, shoes - Bentley, glass beads bangle - bought in India, glass beads choker - local.
Have a nice day!

Maxi culotte pants and floral blouse for semi-formal dinner
On Friday we were invited to a semi-formal cocktail-dinner party organised by the Business association. I didn't feel like wearing a dress. So instead I chose my maxi culotte pants and a chiffon floral blouse. The blouse's print is a bit flirty but combining it with the black trousers makes the right balance.
