Today I want to show you a few of my recent jewelry purchases, all necklaces as it turns out. They all are made in Nepal and the first three are from same brand, Women's expressions, though I bought them at different time, not all at once. The coral imitating necklace is the very latest addition to my collection, I bought it just a week ago during an International Fair Trade. The Women's Expressions always participate in such kind of events and it is actually there that I purchase their pieces, because they don't have a retail boutique. The necklace caught my eye straight away: bright red colour, interesting design and simply beautiful in overall. Being made from simple beads it looks so striking. And it was not expensive. That's how it looks on me
The next piece is a necklace made from freshwater pearls. This is like more casual type of pearls so to say. I liked the colour, iridescent luster and the unevenness of shapes of these pearls. Aren't they gorgeous?
The last necklace that I want to show today is this turquoise piece from Chimi Jewellery. Their designs are inspired by traditional Tibetan jewelry and have their own special style. They have a boutique in Thamel and if you are in Nepal and want to buy some interesting jewelry, I highly recommend Chimi. They have pieces from cheap and affordable to quite expensive.
The white beads in this necklace are made from river shells.
That's all for today.

Lovely necklaces! The coral one's super pretty. Freshwater pearls, so elegant! That black beads one with the shell pendant is fancy. The turquoise piece has a cool vibe. White river shell beads? Neat! Bet they'd pair well with a diamond ring.
