Another maxi dress of mine...I call it "large polka dot dress" but to think about it... aren't these "dots" look more like circles? Anyway, dots or circles, I have always loved this print and this dress. It looks like a statement piece on its own. I used to wear it just like that but this time decided to add a narrow belt. And was surprised of the effect. Such a small detail but gave the dress a fresh look.
Then I remembered about the silk scarf that I brought from Vietnam. Being of that colour, I thought, it would look great with the dress. And it did, worn over the head or over the shoulders.
I can't describe how light and soft and delicate this scarf is. Real treasure!
The glass beads necklace is in same colour as the belt and the wedges but earrings match in colour some of the dots on the dress
Dress - from Moscow, wedges - Everbest, silk scarf - from Vietnam, necklace - a gift, earrings and ring - Ottoman Hands , vanity case bag - Estee Lauder
Have a nice day!

ReplyDeleteThat dress was made for you, it fits you so percfectly. I love all the accessories you have paired it with! That blue belt is so lovely and so well paired with that lovely blue necklace and scarf. The earrings and the cirles on the ring are a fantastic pairing with the dots (or circles) on this dress. You're so good at pairing colours! White and blue is always dreamy...and I really really like the subtle edition of green. Such a perfect outfit. I totally agree with Vix in that you look like a movie star! so glam, so feminine, so stylish, so perfect!
ReplyDeleteOMG this blue-on-blue circle maxi dress is beautiful. I love it with the scarf whether over the shoulders or worn as a head wrap. The way you wore the scarf as a head wrap gives this whole Spring look a vintage Hollywood movie glamour which I love. Plus the pretty chunky necklace and your wedges match perfectly. Great bag, too.

This is so French Riviera with a touch of the 50s Grace Kelly feel. I just so WANT WANT WANT that dress. Stunning Olga and the addition of the belt to highlight your waist is perfect.
