I guess this is the last time I'm wearing tights this season and doing it not for the purpose of protecting my legs from cold but purely for decorative reasons. I felt without these tights the look would be incomplete. As you can see, all the things in my today's outfit, except jewelry, are practically in same colour, with maybe slight variations in shade.
Pastels are not my first choice when it comes to choosing clothes. This knitted dress was gifted to me some time ago. Not my favourite colour, not my favourite fabric and the style is not the best for my type of figure. The dress had all the chances to finish its days in the depths of my wardrobe forgotten and neglected. Anyway, I decided to give it a try and thus the whole this look was born. And I have to admit that I like it.
The colour palette is same but different pieces have different texture and pattern - chiffon hem detail of the dress; linen patterned bag; lacy tights - and this is what gives interest to the whole ensemble. As well as a few accenting jewelries in green: beaded bangle and necklace, marble beads bracelet and Ottoman Hands earrings.
